All prices in the online store include VAT and invoices are issued with VAT.

Shipping policy
We deliver all orders in the capital area within two days.
Although we try to deliver all orders within 24 hours.

Free home delivery nationwide if you order over ISK 15,000
Orders under ISK 15,000 have ISK 900 shipping costs.

If your order is outside the capital area, it will be sent by Íslandspósti. Then it goes to the mail the next working day after ordering. This process usually takes only 3-5 working days. The employees of Íslandspóst then drive the package to you between 17:00-22:00 in the evening. Pillowcases and eye shields enter through hatches in an envelope. If larger items are ordered and no one is present when the mail arrives, it will leave a notice stating at which post office the shipment can be collected.

Personal protection
The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information from the buyer will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances. The provisions of the Act on door-to-door and distance sales no. 96/1992, provisions of the Act on Liquid Asset Purchase no. 50/2000 as applicable and the provisions of the Act on Consumer Purchases no. 48/2003. Refund
